A.The primary differences between the two programs are that the Affiliate program is free and does not include any minimum sales requirement, whereas the Referral Partner program has a fee to join, has a minimum annual sales requirement and the commissions are higher. A.A qualified sale is when a new customer signs up and pays for an Apex Dental Sensor in full.
Q.How do you track leads from Affiliates?
A.There are two ways we track Affiliate leads: 1. We give our Affiliates unique tracking links to share with their networks. When someone clicks on your link, a cookie is set in their browser for 30 days. Once that person fills out a form on the Apex Dental Sensors website, we’ll read that cookie and know that you referred them. 2. If you have warm leads who are ready to talk to one of our sales reps, you can manually register those leads at www.dentalsensors.com/leadregistration.
Q. If more than one partner or Affiliate refers the same person to Apex Dental Sensors, who does Masterlink pay a commission to?
A.We pay the last referring partner or Affiliate. Whichever partner/Affiliate had the most recent link click or manual lead registration prior to the time of the sale will earn the commission.

A.You will receive a confirmation of your approval status within two business days after you have submitted your application.
Q. Will I be notified of activity with my referrals?
A.When your referrals fill out an Apex Dental Sensor form, you will be able to see them as a lead in your partner portal. If the lead “disappears” from the portal (is no longer visible), this means another partner was assigned as latest referring partner. You are welcome to manually register the lead to regain your status as last referring partner if the referral is still in the prospect stage.
